About Katrina
I started hairdressing in 2004 and, after more than 20 years in the industry, I still genuinely love what I do.
Over the years I’ve worked in some incredible salons and continued to invest in my education, training with some of Australia’s leading hairdressers as well as brands including L’Oréal Paris, GHD, Kérastase Paris and Alfaparf Milano.
A couple of years ago I travelled to Milan to further my training, which was such an amazing experience and another reminder of how much there is always to learn in this industry.
I’m constantly evolving what I do, especially when it comes to blonding techniques, colour blending and creating softer, more seamless results. I also love experimenting with new and emerging products to find what genuinely works best for my clients and their hair.
For me, great hair isn’t about following one formula. Every person, every colour and every head of hair is different, which is why I work with a range of professional brands and tailor everything to the individual sitting in my chair.
KC Creative Hair is based at Salon Lane on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, where I offer a completely personalised experience from start to finish.
What I love most about hairdressing is the relationship I build with my clients. Of course I want you to love your hair, but I also want you to walk out feeling confident, refreshed and like the best version of yourself.
